To protect its core technologies, transaction structures, operating methods, business model, and brand assets, APIXORA has filed six patent applications relating to its core platform technologies, together with trademark applications for the APIXORA name and logo.   • Unauthorized collection of data through crawling, scraping, or automated tools
  • Reproduction, sale, redistribution, or commercial use of product, supplier, buyer, or transaction data
  • Imitation of AI algorithms, recommendation methods, or core functions
  • Unauthorized use of the APIXORA name or logo
  • Use of similar names or logos that may create a false impression of affiliation with APIXORA
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of platform content, text, images, or materials
  • Development or operation of services that are substantially identical to APIXORA or likely to cause confusion
  • Use of information obtained through the platform to bypass APIXORA, directly contact transaction parties, or induce direct transactions
  • Disclosure or commercial use of internal operating methods, document structures, or confidential transaction information

Response to Intellectual Property Infringement

APIXORA actively protects its technologies, brand, data, and trade secrets.

Where intellectual property infringement or improper use is identified, APIXORA may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the nature and severity of the infringement:

  • Demand the immediate cessation and correction of the infringing activity
  • Request the removal of infringing content or services
  • Restrict service access or suspend user accounts
  • Block access to the platform
  • Preserve evidence and secure infringement-related materials
  • Seek provisional injunctions and permanent injunctions
  • File civil claims for damages
  • File criminal complaints or reports
  • Demand the cessation of unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or content
